'Pale Green Sky' is the first release from bassist Gordon Li, it features Nick Kyritsis on guitar and Luke Andresen on Drums. A vehicle for contrapuntal composition, ’Pale Green Sky’ explores various themes including codependency and intimacy. It borrows and builds upon improvisatory frameworks found in early Ornette Coleman recordings and was particularly inspired by the relationship and musical dynamic between Coleman and bassist Charlie Haden.
